A photo documentary from the streets of City of Harrisburg, by freelance photographer Keith Spangler.
After serving 20 years as a photojournalist in the United States Coast Guard (1977-1997), Keith, returned to Central Pennsylvania to continue his passion - capturing the reality of life and sharing it with others.
This exhibit is a glimpse of what caught Keith's eye over five years of walking the sidewalks of the Capital City. The images highlight the special people, places and moments that may go unnoticed during the hustle and bustle of this high-tech life.
